Addressing the information gap around Covid in Pakistan



The animated series is targeted at Urdu speaking audiences in Pakistan. Lack of information around Covid-19 and entrenched attitudes and practices have significantly increased the growth of Covid-19 in the country of 190 million. Covid cases as of 4/13/2020 standing at 5,374 cases with 93 deaths. A significant part of the population is digitally connected, 2 videos have been created which use pop culture references and storytelling to educate social media viewers on how the Coronavirus spreads through your body and how not adhering to social distancing guidelines can overwhelm the health system.
